To All Teams Looking to Finalize Their Roster....

I wish you all the best of luck in finding those one or two players that you are looking for to finalize your roster. I know it can be difficult without "settling". However, when updating your post or replying to player's posts, please read them.

I found it entertaining at first when coaches or organizations posted on a players post that they are looking for just that type of player, but the player had posted previously that she found a team. Take the time to read the post instead of just blindly copy and pasting the same thing you put on five other posts, three days ago. At least fake that you care! Now I'm just getting annoyed with it and I know I'm not the only one.

The biggest offender of this is the **********. C'mon! If you are that desperate it might be time to face reality. If you're not desperate, then take the time to read the post and then decide if you should paste your month old info in.

Sorry, it had to be said.

I don't have a problem with Coaches or Organizations bumping their posts. I've done it many times. I just think it's rediculous to reply to a post over and over again when the person responsible for the original post has clearly stated that it no longer applies.

As for the naming of an Organization...I don't understand why that's an issue. I guess it's not my place to understand. If it's wrong then Bear can take my post down. We will see.

Hey Scott, I'm not trying to pick on you...I just know that whoever runs this board, doesn't want organizations called out...maybe mostly due to it just causing drama, or maybe when you name an org, maybe it's just one's perception and may not be true, which causes organizations to look bad. I thought that's what this site was for. I went on the Players Looking for Teams site & posted just like a lot of other Teams did. I thought that's what that site was for too! Coach, maybe if you just read the thread you are posting in you would stop soliciting the players who have been courteous enough to say " I've found a team" instead of indiscriminately cutting and pasting your generic notice you'd have a bit more credibility on here.
