Top 10 16U teams in Ohio

Is there a way that someone can list all the tournaments (at least the bigger ones) and who won and who was the runner-up this season ? I know there are various threads on tournaments throughout the OFC but it would be neat to have the results in one place. Results could be broken down by age bracket.

Maybe limit it just to Ohio tournaments where most of our teams play. Right now its impossible to follow who has won what during the season. Wouldn't that answer who is number one? Perhaps the OFC Moderator has an idea on how this could be done.

I'm basing my top 10 on the fall and winter tournaments and who beat who in them. Also based it on the new rosters because a lot of teams have many new players that weren't on the team last year that could be difference makers...so I'm not just making this up we all have our opinions though and i guess we will just see when summer comes!

Hey softball - I don't really care where you rank us (Lasers Orange), but based on your post above, I find it kind of funny. The Orange played very well in the winter and fall, including a trip to the rising stars in FL. I like that you think we aren't of very good caliber right now actually, so go ahead and keep us there, lol.

Sorry guys, I just had to step in and ask that you all gently pull your egos and chips off your shoulders, and maybe relax a little bit. I mean gimme a freaking break here, a Lasers team calling themselves "underdogs" because someone posted them near the bottom of their state's Top 10 list? Cry me a freaking river. haha. Just play ball and shut the he!! up! Let the games speak for themselves. Just my 2cents.

Wow Cincy - I defend where someone rates us and you jump all over me. Someone from another team does the same and everyone stands up for them. Not so much that, as so many teams feel "dissed" when they are not "rated" #1, and I just think it's funny. Stating WHY your team should be considered the "best" is more interesting to me than random people "ranking" their top 10 teams in the state. :lmao: I'm just looking for more substance, and less "Whahh, MY team's the best!" bickering and fluff. Thank you for allowing my opinion.

My bad SoftballCat12, I didn't read the entire thread, so I just commented on the first one I read. I am no means pointing you out. It's more of a general statement against those trying to "rank" teams before the summer tourney season even starts. Sorry, didn't mean to appear as though I were jumping on ya. And everyone in here already knows how tough the Laser organization is, I wouldn't say any "hate". haha.

It's cool Cincy. Thanks. Just as a side note - based on some of the kids I know of and what I've read in the high school forum - it appears that the OFC Heat Orange and MVX 16s should also be in this mix. They both have lots of talent in their roster with good coaching. I haven't looked at everyone's but those are the two that I know of, so not meant to slight anyone but give some props. I haven't seen either play. The 2nd week in June should provide a lot of "why's" at 16u States where most of these teams will be at (with the exception of MVX since I think they already qualified by winning the eastern nationals last year).

OFC Heat Orange won Viperfest in the fall and they are the real deal......I also think Doom 16's will be a force this summer.......too many get all riled up over the dang polls..fun to pick em at the start and see how they finish....we never get rated but seems to push our girls to another level when they see the teams with the red X on the back of their jersey...
