Top 16 OFC Tournament Proposed Date?

This is a question for OFC-Admin, who has apparently proposed a one day tournament based upon the OFC coaches poll. Is this really in the works? If so, on what day? I would assume that it would need to be during the week, as most weekends would already be filled for the qualifying teams.
