EVENT SUMMARY: Top Recruit is hosting a mid-summer weeklong national event to highlight teams nationally in the 12u and 14u divisions. Teams out of Northeast, Great Lakes, Midwest, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic, we are excited to welcome teams to one of the great American cities for families and teams to travel to in Nashville, TN and all of the fantastic participating municipalities. The Music City National Classic was created to provide the greatest national event experience including commute to facilities, city amenities/things to do and in a nationally recognized and family friendly city.

HEADQUARTER FACILITY 14u: Ridley Park - Columbia, TN
HEADQUARTER FACILITY 12u: Ridley Park - Columbia, TN
Additional 12u Host Facilities: TBA
EVENING FESTIVITIES: General Admission into Ridley Park will be enforced via parking fee not gate. Vendors showcasing food, equipment, merchandise, etc will be available.

EXPOSURE TOURNAMENT FORMAT: Exposure Tournament; Showcase Games/Pool Play, Collegiate Clinics, Measurement Combine Testing, Top Recruit Games (Allstar Games coached by NAIA & JUCO coaches)
>>MONDAY:
Opening Ceremonies for the National Classic will take place in Nashville at Cedar Hill Park, Guest Speaking Engagements/Seminars, Optional College Clinics (Individuals only) and Coaches Meeting (at host Hotel TBA)
>>TUESDAY-THURSDAY:
4 Games played with an off-day. 2 exhibition games . 2 box bracket games that will seed you into your elimination bracket for FRIDAY.
>>FRIDAY:
Elimination bracket play
# OF GUARANTEED GAMES: Minimum 6 games
PRICING DETAILS: $925 for 14u & $650 for 12u. Entry fee must be submitted with registration no later than November 30, 2016 to be considered for the Music City Futures Classic. All entry fees will be processed/deposited upon initial submittal. Refunds upon non-acceptance will be processed no later than December 15th, 2016. No refunds will be issued if you cancel once your team has been accepted. A full refund will be returned if cancelled from the waiting list.
AWARDS: 1st-6th Place teams earn 2018 Music City Classic Tournament berths, Top Recruit Team & Individual Awards
AGE DIVISIONS: 12u, 14u Open & 14u Power Pool

OPENING CEREMONIES & SIGNATURE SPEAKERS/DEMONSTRATIONS: Monday will consist of opening ceremonies, college clinics & highlighted by abguest speaker panel and demonstration seminars.
SHOWCASE EXHIBITION GAME: The National Classic will feature top 18 Gold teams approved to play in this event at a featured time and streamed live online. These games will be played at Cedar Hill. We are expecting a large turnout of spectators and teams to watch this game.
POOL PLAY PRACTICE GAMES: Every team will have the first pair of pool games structured (see below) with all 4 games between Tuesday-Thursday. This is a great opportunity for the 12u teams to experience what the next stages of fastpitch softball exposure events will be like. Teams will have 1 day off during this 3-day timeframe. The second pair of pool games will count for seeding into Friday's bracket play.

3rd inning starts with a runner on 1st Base
4th Inning Starts with a runner on 2nd Base
5th Inning Starts with a runner on 3rd Base
6th Inning starts with runners on 1st and 2nd Base
