Why is the tryout site softballclassified.com not working?

The reason the softballclassified.com and tryouts2go.com is currently offline is due to legal action taken against me. I just got done signing all the legal documents that needed sign today and we're currently waiting for a review to be made of the site. That can take up to 48 hours or less. Once it pass the review and that shouldn't even be a problem will have the site back up and running.
Basically someone trying to say I did something I didn't do and I had to prove I didn't. We already prove that yesterday so then I had sign a bunch of legal documents in order to get the site review by a third party.
