Just looking for experiences/thoughts on the softball factory tryouts.
Kid got he standard invite yesterday, $99 for the Clinc/tryout $399 for the "college prep" package.
She is on the recruit list for a DIII school in Kentucky, a school and coaches a she REALLY likes.
Has anyone done the softball factory and what are your thoughts on it, pros and cons.
The $399 is not on our list, but the $99 doesn't seem too exhorbitant if it is a decent clinic.
Better to spend and go, see if any interest is generated by this, or save the money and throw towards the fund for a school she is interested in, and they are interested in her?
We generally try to do a few college clinics a year, so always looking for the best cost/return we can get.
