Now should I list all of the injuries her darling father has received in the years since catching for her? ;D ;D

I'm sure we could write a book about the injuries that parents have suffered at the hands of their dedicated softballers. ;D It was embarrasing enough to have to make the appointment with the doc to get my foot xrayed to make sure it wasn't broke when I misjudged a drop ball. When I get there, the nurse is being a jerk about it, acting kind of smug & wondering why I would think that a softball could break my bone. I told her since it was obvious she was unfamiliar with the sport, I could arrange for her to play catch barehanded with dd. Needless to say, she's never my nurse anymore, lol.

Niece is a pitcher and she has a severe case of over development. Her push leg (R) is strong her and her her left is weak. She is so over developed on one side that when she used both sides of her body, (like running, jumping, ect) she has pain. She has been going to PT for the past couple of months to correct it.

When I was 16 playing Hockey, I took a slap shot just as I was being cross checked, and injured my sciatic nerve, I thought I had a stroke, my whole left side went numb, It was about 3 months before I could skate again. If that happend to me now, I would be out for 3 years. That was the most pain I have ever been in.
