Everyone played 3 pool play all elimination games and championship were canceled.
1st and 2nd in pool play got the hardware.
TD said no refunds because it is through Vandalia Parks and Recreation.

Then why call it a 4 game guarantee? You might as well say come play and we'll see how many games we get in...might get one...might get four...just can't say for sure

Most tournaments give a partial payment if you play one or two games.If they gave all the money back after three games they would most likely take a loss.Umps ,field cost so if you played three games no refund
