Website performance issues

We've been experiencing some issues that severely interrupted the speed of the website.

One of the issues is someone hacked or removed the server root key and made it inaccessible. Luckily we run a triple server that backup everything on a hourly basis.

Hopefully the performance/speed of the website is resolved.

Just a update. We're most likely going to need to update the current software. We're not sure when but we're already looking into testing the new software within weeks.
