Who covers?

I'm not a coach, but I'd say that SS should cover on the steal. This would allow 3B to creep up in anticipation of the bunt.

Sure, normally the 3B is going to be playing up in that bunt situation and so SS would cover. If for some reason 3B was not playing up, then she would cover.

Third bases bag for me. I dont like ss to run that far. I bet ull get lots of different answers here, lol, lots of factors to consider.

Have to agree with (fastjay) on 3B covering - old school maybe - or communicated between SS and 3B before pitch in case of bunt situation.

Runner on second ,no outs Who covers third on the steal?

It really, really, really, really depends on a multitude of factors. There is not enough info in this scenario in order to give an informed answer.

Factors dictate it, but somebody better be there with the left fielder backing it up....

Had one play set for the SS to cover and 3rd base up. Another play I kept my 3rd baseman back and brought up my SS toward the circle to cover the line once my pitcher started her motion (she starts off playing up in front of runners lane). Many cases you can tell (better yet strong guess) if the other team is faking the bunt just to move the runner to 3rd and hoping to expose your defensive coverage.
