Established 501 (c), tournament only organization seeking former players and experienced coaches for several age categories of teams. Looking for dedicated, individuals who want to help young ladies progress in their softball skills and career. 14u, 16u, and 18u will commit to several showcase tournaments so they may show their skills. Fundamentals will be the focus at all levels but more so at the 12u and 14u levels. We are demanding players who are committed to softball first, and we would like coaches who can reflect this mentality/expectation level.

- cuyahoga and surrounding county's Fastpitch organization
- Indoor softball training and facility use
- Supportive board, members, and coaches
- Paid Coaches, open for discussion.

- Drive, Passion and Understanding of the game.
- Organizational and Communication Skills
- Desire to Keep Learning the Game
- Ability to Motivate Young Ladies
- Past head coaching experience or former college player, is a plus.

We would like to welcome our new 18U coach for the 2012/2013 season.
Bill Stallard joins our organization this fall. He is a Cleveland area native and played college baseball at Mt. Union college as well as one year in the minor leagues.
He has coached girls fastpitch for over 9 years working with all age levels.
He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the game.
