will there be any 10U, 12U, 14U events in April?

on the OFC tournament listing page at this moment, there are two tournaments for the entire month of april
anybody know if there will be more? are tds simply intimidated by ohio's weather?
the kids generally dying to play some ``real'' games when april hits.

I recently posted all the events Rivershore Sports Complex will be hosting next year.

You will find info on all 12 events for the season.

The ?SDS "Spring into Fastpitch" Tournament "National Quailifer" will be held on April 12th & 13th. I believe this is one of the ones on the list. ?We are offering all age groups. We hope to see everyone there.

14U april is a tough month. If you have any freshman they will not be able to play because of OHSAA rules.

May 5 is usually tournament week for high schools.....won't see any 14U's playing school ball in tournaments before then.

But then again, there might be some 14u out there. I have one the last weekend in March, 10u, 12u and 14u in NSA. Also, scheduling around my friend with Sudden Death, so I have no conflict with his tourney and my April dates to come soon.
Also, I am planning a tournament that the tournament world has never seen before. Stay tuned.....

We like the early season and the late season... that way everyone else has their's in late spring and all summer. Got to support the teams that have tournaments to raise money for their teams equipment and entry fees into other tournaments. Lord, awillin', I'll be there. I really liked that Park where you had your tournament. Out of play defined easily. No diamond far from one another and all near the concession stand. Tournament ran like clock work.

Thanks for the kind words Tim. I'll have to say everything did go great last year....knock on wood. Everyone that attended had a great time. The park is nice, every diamond is close to the restrooms and concession stand. All games started on time, and we had an awesome group of umpires. What more could any TD ask for. Can't wait until the National Qualifier in April.

It looks like The Lady Spartan Fastpitch Club will be holding an NSA Qualifier at the Fields of Dreams in Boardman, April 25-27. Last year we had 35 teams entered. The tournamnet was for the 10U, 12U & 14U divisions. This will be posted on the tournament page shortly.

NSA meeting on Wednesday night in Fairlawn at 7 pm for tournament directors. It is at a Donoto's Pizza in Fairlawn. I cannot attend this meeting and will be going to the Lexington, Kentucky meeting as I believe as it is closer for me. Good luck to all the NSA tournament directors this Spring. Let's get everybody - every team qualified NSA this year.
