would like to know who won tourney. My dd team The Ohio Stealth lost to The Lady Pumas in the semi finals. Was a very good game. Back and forth. Stealth had 4-2 going into bottom of 5th and Pumas made a comeback and then time limit was up.

My dd plays for the Pumas and your absolutely right, the Pumas-Stealth semi final game was very good - hats off to an impressive Stealth team ... I can only wish that the 16U final was as good - we got run ruled by a very solid Tigerlillies team.

It seemed our Pumas saved up a whole weekend's worth of mistakes and miscues for a disastrous couple of innings versus the Tigerlillies. The whole team was out of sync and the Tigerlillies did what a very good team does in that situation, they put a hurtin on us!

Was it listed as a showcase? Or did the thread poster just get the name wrong?

It was definitely titled "showcase". We did not attend because we thought it was a college showcase or anything, but I am sure most people's assumptions were that if it was called a "showcase", that it was a college showcase.

The tournament name will be corrected for next year, as it was not a college showcase and we do not want to mislead anyone. But of the 80 teams in attendance, only 1 asked about leaving player profiles.
