Indoor Tournament Winter League in NEO for 14u

Does anyone know if there are any Indoor Winter Leagues in NEO? I am looking to place my 14u dd on a team just for winter reps. We already have a Spring/Summer team in Columbus, but she needs to keep practicing and playing indoors through the winter.

Lou, It appears that it is for whole team registration. Any idea if if they take individual players? I called and they told me they just take whole teams. But the girl I talked to didn't seem too confident in her answer.

Good question.

It's been a number of years since my 14U team played there. Try to get in touch with Glenn McCoy. He's the Grand Poobah of Softball there. Maybe he can enlighten you more, or put you on a list of players looking for short handed teams.

Not Lou, but here is a little additional info....

In addition to knowing which outside teams might need a player or two Pinnacle is running their own teams and may be able to give you a spot on the 14U. Last year that's exactly what happened and it seemed to work out ok for all concerned. As Lou said, Glenn is the guy to talk to.

Pinnacle used to take individual players and put them on the Pinnacle league teams. Now they only take whole teams because their Pinnacle teams are their summer travel teams, not just their league teams. I'd say contact the teams already playing in the winter league and ask if they need subs.
