Tournament field will be chosen by the tournament committee once a sufficient number of
entries have been received. The selection process will be a hybrid of "first-come" and each
team's resume, so please get your entries in early.

WE ARE VERY EXCITED TO BE UTILIZING THE NEWLY RENOVATED (2014 - $1,000,000+) GENSHAFT PARK IN MASSILLON. KNOWN RENOVATIONS INCLUDE ALL NEW INFIELDS AND OUTFIELDS, NEW STATE OF THE ART LIGHTING, ALL NEW FENCING THROUGHOUT THE COMPLEX, NEW PICNIC PAVILLION, AND MANY MORE. THIS SHOULD BE ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO PLAY GIRLS FAST PITCH SOFTBALL IN THIS AREA OF THE STATE!
12U & 14U DIVISIONS
We plan to take 12 (12u) teams and 12 (14u) teams
DATE: Saturday October 3rd & Sunday October 4th, 2015 (NO RAIN DATE)
ENTRY FEE: $400.00 4 game guarantee
Includes:
1. (2) ASA Umpires
2. Furnished Softballs
3. Spectator Seating
4. Concession Stands
5. Food nearby (Walmart)
6. (4) Lighted fields
7. Restroom Facilities
LIMITED AVAILABILITY (12 TEAMS IN EACH AGE DIVISION)
Sign up early - DATE OF RECEIPT WILL BREAK TIES DURING THE SELECTION PROCESS.
This year we will play 3 pool games ALL on Saturday starting at 8:30 AM with last round of pool play games scheduled to start at 8:30 PM.
Single Elimination will start at 8:30 AM on Sunday, with both Championship Games scheduled to be played at 4:00 PM Sunday afternoon.
ALL GAMES WILL BE 1 hour and 15 minutes and we will finish the inning. (weather permitting)
Pool Game Rules: 1) Games can end in a tie, 2) teams may bat as many players as they wish, but must continue with that number throughout the game; 3) unlimited defensive substitutions 4) Courtesy Runners must be a) Player not in game if applicable or b) last batted out
Bracket Games Rules: 1) 75 minutes, finish the inning? if still tied immediately proceed to ITB;
2) MODIFIED RULES ( see Pool Play rules #'s 2, 3 & 4 above ) still apply in Bracket Play
Championship games will be played without WITHOUT time limits ( 7 innings, if still tied go to ITB )
The CITY of MASSILLON, The Ohio Wolfpack Organization, or anyone else involved in the tournament will not be held responsible for any accident or injury sustained during this showcase. Thank you for participating and GOOD LUCK throughout the showcase.
