• Last years events where a great success and filled up very, very quickly.
• We are only able to take 12 teams this year as opposed to 16 teams last year to allow for warm up times on the fields.
• Two nearly full-size fields side-by-side with warmup space,
• Several restaurants near by for concessions, indoor restrooms
• Fee includes facility rental, awards, balls & umpires
• Format: 4 GG - 3 pool games with single elimination play-off ( 12 Team Limit )
• Time Limit: 1 hour 10 Minutes . Tie Breaker will be used during elimination round only.
• Rules: ASA Game rules
• Fields: (2) Indoor ProTurf Fields, separate warm-up area, separate pitching area/batting area.
• Unfortunately with Covid situation currently we are not allowing spectators, other than 4 coaches per team, (Most teams at our last event had a live stream set up on their team facebook pages to watch the games.)
• Also, players will be asked to wear mask according to WV mandates indoors.
