Reminder - all ages (except 8u) start and play early on Friday - we have NO ROOM in the schedule to let teams play later in the day... please don't ask!

Pools are being checked for accuracy and will be published later this week on the TournamentASA.com website. We will not post brackets until a week prior as it takes about 2-3 hrs to 're-do' a bracket online if the number of teams playing in an age group changes (team drops) - last year we had to redo 16u and 18u at the last minute due to teams dropping out. Everyone will be playing on Friday morning by 10am except for 8u - plan on it!

Had a 14u team pull out this morning ... that takes us to 40 14u teams - makes a clean 10 pool of 4 teams - so had to combine 4 pools (3 with 3 teams) into 3 4-team pools - please check pool schedule to see if your team was affected.

Again, we have to wait as late as possible to create the brackets - it takes about 2 hr per bracket to create and there is no way in the software to 'change' the number of teams and keep the bracket - it is start all over. Once we have the brackets done - about 10 days from start of tournament - if a team pulls out we will apply a forfeit to their spot on the bracket IF we can't find a team to replace them. Thanks.

All teams will play 1 bracket game on Friday night - starting at 3:30-5pm first games. We will be playing into the evening, start 8am Saturday - 7pm last games, and Sunday 8am - 6pm last games for most ages.

BTW: Thanks for the PM Mason Thunder, no hard feelings at all, you have long be a good friend and run a good ship ... shows your character to reach out like that. With 150 teams we are going to make mistakes. Also, the pools were a blind draw on Jan by ASA Commissioner Clyde Brewer with our board in attendance... we only tried to make sure that no 2 teams in the same org were in the same pool - other than that we posted them as he drew them.
