I got to tell you all a funny story that happened at the "way in the back" diamonds at Kettering fields. We were walking back to diamond 10 to play a game. I think the Diamond Dominators were on the front most diamond. All of a sudden I here their coach yelling, "HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?! WE'RE PLAYING A GAME HERE!!!" I turned around and saw some lady driving her car through the outfield during the inning. Apparently she was a concession trailer worker and thought she'll just take the shortest route to her trailer. That was something I never saw before. :lmao::lmao: The look on his face was priceless. He was beside himself. It reminded me of that movie where they had a train track through the outfield.

It happened alot on field 8. Not sure the concession workers would have cared if the girls were on the field playing or not either. Then they shut the concession down in the middle of the 10s championship game.

You can be assured that virtually none of the fields got lined more than once on Saturday or Sunday.

That would really irk me off. You can't play by the rules of the game if you don't have lines.

Does the Dayton Metro have to be in Dayton city limits? I'm not sure if it's feasible but can it be somewhere close by like Rotary Park so you don't have to deal with the city? Split weekends if it has to be.

No, it does not.. there is an ASA rules that allows it to be played outside the Metro.. I am meeting with Dayton City Commissioner and laying it out for him .. either get us support or we take it elsewhere.

The movie was Brewsters Millions with Richard Pryor and John Candy.

Huh....I thought it was Bingo Long and the Travelling All-Stars. I could be getting the two confused though because they both starred Richard Pryor.

Rotary is not far from athletes in action at Xenia -those 2 places take care of their facilities
