2023 Butler PINK THE PARK Fall Tournament - 10/14/23 - 10/15/23
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We would like to encourage everyone to help us “Pink the Park” by wearing some kind of pink that day.

**We are looking for Breast Cancer survivors to throw out the 1st pitch before each game
**Tournament T-shirts are pre-sale only. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Pink Ribbon Girls
Tournament Details:
$400 team entry fee12u and 14u (USA age classifications as of 9/1/23)
B/C level
3GG/Single Elimination - 2 pool games on Saturday, bracket on Sunday
Time Limit: No new inning at 70 min (finish the inning). Drop dead at 80 min. Championship game will be 6 innings, no time limit.
Pool games can end in a tie. Bracket games will utilize the ITB
Max of 8 teams in each division
Non-Sanctioned: Modified USA softball rules
Awards for 1st and 2nd place
Deadline to enter 10/1. Must be paid in full by 10/1 to be considered registered.
Payment can be made via venmo (as a friend) @cwhite80 (937-409-9574 for verification) or by check made payable to Butler Baseball and Softball Club. Mail checks to Crystal White, 520 Buttercup Ave, Vandalia OH 45377.

Action Sports, 1103 Gateway Dr, Dayton, OH 45404: Field 1 (12u) and Field 2 (14u)Lighted turf fields and covered dugouts (NO METAL CLEATS)
Full concession stand. No outside food or beverages are permitted on the premises. Players may bring drinks for the game or a small personal water cooler
Parking/entry is $10 per car.
