Moving School Ball to the Fall

Come this spring we'll see the usual "beat the dead horse" posts where parents want school ball moved to the fall season. When this happens; please remember how wet and cold it has been in September, October and now November. You cannot win in Ohio

Sounds like a good idea. I have not seen this horse beaten. I do remember playing April HS games in the snow this 'spring' (at least the ones that weren't rained out).

This year was different than the last couple of falls. At least you could have outdoor practices in the late summer/fall. September and October are drier than March/April/May in Ohio on average.
