Ohio Stingrays 03
Team Bio (A) -- The Ohio Stingrays 03 is an elite travel softball team that consists of girls with a 2003 birthdate (will consider 2004's that are the right fit!). We have girls from all over the state! Practices are 3-4 hours once or twice a week. We have practice locations in Grove City, Delaware, and Mount Vernon, Ohio.

Our 2017/2018 season goal is to play in strong showcase tournaments, attend college camps, and play in the strongest ASA and PGF tournaments as possible.
This team places a heavy emphasis on preparation for the college recruitment process. The recruitment age is younger and younger every year. Our coaching is geared toward getting our players to understand how their performance, effort, and attitudes are perceived by college coaches every time they take the field. If you have a desire to continue your softball career into college or have the desire to be a 4 year starter for your high school, we may be the program for you.
Things we are looking for in a player: Candidates should have a passion for the game and be willing to work hard on perfecting her skills on her own outside of team practices. We are looking for a player who exudes energy, personifies hustle, and brings joy and enthusiasm to the dugout. Most of all players with a desire to win, to do what it takes to win, and will push her teammates to be better.

OHIO STINGRAYS 03 will hold tryouts for the 2017 Fall/2018 Summer season at Hilliard Municipal Park on the following dates and times.
Saturday August 12th
Session 1 - 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
Session 2 - 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Sunday August 13th
Session 3 - 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Please try to be there 30 min early for registration
Needs: ALL POSITIONS WILL BE EVALUATED
** Looking to add depth at pitching, an additional catcher, and speed in the Outfield for our intense 2017 - 2018 schedule.
Private tryout
For anyone unable to make our organization tryouts.. Please let me know and we can set up a private tryout.
