[h=1]COMBINED MENTAL TRAINING/HITTING CLASS FOR ATHLETES 13 & UP[/h][h=1]This is a unique class that will utilize mental training techniques to improve confidence and performance with a focus on improving bat speed, power, and hitting mechanics. The first 30 minutes will be devoted to mental training with 60 minutes of hitting utilizing drills, front toss, and video analysis. Mental training topics and activities include goal setting, routines, self-talk, and visualization.
