La Sierra's Aimee Rodriguez hit a leadoff, walk off home run in the bottom of the 8th to lift the Golden Eagles to a 4-3 win over Antelope Valley in the first round of the California Pacific Conference Softball Championship Tournament in Redding, Calif. Rodriguez's blast to left capped a thrilling two-out rally in the bottom of the 7th that pushed the game into extra innings. Using that momentum, the #2 seed Golden Eagles went on to secure the victory over the #3 Pioneers.
