What's your preferred pre-game discussion with your team

So you getting ready to take the field in your first game of the weekend. What are your key topics in your pre-game discussion? If you don't have a pre-game discussion with your girls softball team could you explain when or why you may skip a pre-game discussion.

I would divide my pre game discussions between players while warming up before the first game of the day. I would go to the pitchers catchers warming up and give them a idea of what rotation for the day looked like and what wed do if things went south . I would have infielders and outfielders briefed at the bownets getting their swings in. In the dugout getting ready to play i would remind them why we were there, support your teammates , and take care of business.
