ENTRY FEE: $350 per team 5 game guarantee
Includes: 1. (1) ASA Umpires
2. Furnished Softballs 5. Food nearby (Restaurants & Walmart)
3. Spectator Seating 6. (4) Lighted fields
4. Concession Stands 7. Restroom Facilities
LIMITED AVAILABILITY (8 TEAMS in each age division) – Sign up early
This year we will play 3 pool games. We will guarantee 5 games (weather permitting) Each team will play (3) games on Saturday and (2) Games on Sunday.
ALL teams must have a 2018 ASA SANCTION NUMBER. If not, one can be received prior to your first game. Each manager must report, before your first game to the tournament committee above the concession stand or at the tent near the gate.
ALL GAMES WILL BE 1 hour and 15 minutes and are DROP DEAD
The CITY of CANTON, The Ohio Wolfpack Organization, or anyone else involved in the tournament will not be held responsible for any accident or injury sustained during this event. Thank you for participating and GOOD LUCK throughout the tournament.

All teams must bring copies of the following items TO TURN IN at check-in. (please staple papers
In the following order in order to expedite the check-in process for coaches and Tournament Volunteers:
1 – Copy of ASA Sanction Card (2019)
2 – Copy of ASA Roster
3 – Copy of Team Insurance
4 – Copy of ACE Cards for all coaches who have taken the ACE Certification (Required of at least one)
5 – Back Round Checks for ALL Coaches (Required by Ohio ASA) FYI – if all coaches get ACE certified, the Back Round Check is part of the process.
6 – Copy of Concussion Certificates for ALL PEOPLE IN DUGOUT (Required by the State of Ohio)
**This would include scorekeepers if they are located in the dugout during games**
WE ARE OFFERING AND ENCOURAGING “PRE-REGISTRATION” THIS YEAR. IF YOU CHOOSE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING: 1) SCAN REQUIRED DOCS FROM LIST ABOVE AND 2) EMAIL THE SCANNED COPIES TO CHUCK FERRELL AT

“OPEN” Rosters so teams who have trouble with players due to other sports being able to play.
Tournament Rules
1. This tournament will be played under ASA rules and use ASA Umpires. This is an ASA sanctioned Event.
2. ALL teams MUST be ready to play at the scheduled starting times. Each game has a 1 hour 15 minute time limit. DROP DEAD.
3. Warm-Ups: Pre-game warm ups are allowed between the temporary fencing and the permanent 300’ fencing. DO NOT have pitchers warm up in the spectator seating area at ANY time. NO FULL INFIELD WARM-UPS
4. Insurance: All teams must carry their own insurance. You must show that you have insurance.
5. Birth Certificates: All teams must be able to show if questioned (copy is fine)
6. 1 hour 15 minute TIME LIMITS in ALL games – DROP DEAD (weather permitting)
7. All teams are guaranteed 5 games unless weather dictates otherwise. In the event of bad weather the Tournament Director has the right to alter game formats and times.

- NO Alcohol inside the playing areas at any time. We have the right to check.
- NO Wheeled toys of ANY kind inside the playing area at Genshaft Park.
