Isn't the same td who runs Toledo tournies the same here??? 1st game yesterday, the pitching mound was treacherous, the coaches had to do their own maintenance. Do we want to play in these lame tournaments so bad, you risk injury to a kid? A few bags of diamond dry at each field would help. I know the Stingrays tournament and Pickerington has them, so why not TD???? If you got bad service anywhere else in life you wouldn't go back. Let's start hitting the TD's where it hurts, Don't go to these inferior effort tournies!

No rain since 5:00 last night and still delays.... I am awaiting the usual reply... "it's the City workers issue"

Rich, I agree. The excuses we got were lame. I pointed out that we could easily play the 7:00 games and someone said they didn't want to pay for lights.

The fields were not really dragged very deep they were like playing on concrete. Several of my players wore really tore up when they slid.

I don't know if you remember the turf at "Gateway" but that is what the field surface reminded me of only Berliner had big clods on to boot.

I think we will find a better place to spend our money next year unless things change.

Actually there is. If you don't get paid, you are a volunteer and can deduct expenses, including milage, unreimbursed hotel, etc. You cannot charge an hourly deduction for your time, but the above will help. Especially me, with the trip to Orlando for the World Series. Remember to keep records and a milage log.

Had a play this morning batters foot out of box, ump said yeah, but the "box was small not right size...." OK so take a bat and draw your line!! A little field mtc with templates of boxes would be good for your money. A World Series by name, thats about all. Used it as a warmup for this week's World Series that's all...

rays got a really nice win over the flamin' fury 1-0 . nice win after getting handled by them pretty well at GAPPS . Fell in the round of 8 to the OC outrage or ky outrage or something like that. MD

Thanks Roger, girls played solid defense all weekend, Hammer tweaked a quad in first game today, threw 2 beatiful games tweaked it again against OC Outrage, we ran out of gas. Missed your humor this weekend, tell Jess Ky and I say Howdy.

Team Ontario 18U was No Joke. They were the best team I have EVER seen. Great hitters 1-9, Top notch pitching, Speed, Speed, Speed on the bases, just the complete package.

Their leadoff batter had to have been 2.70 to first. (No Joke)

Very classy team also.
