Why would you put a thread like this on OFC, unless your trying to start something. Frank Spano is a stand up guy.Frank has a special spot in his heart for softball. As long as he"s alive and the girls want to play the Dome will stay open.There's No Way he would let it get this late in the season and add 3 new Ice coaches to the organization ever though they're too different entities This thread is closed!

I'm not trying to start anything. I heard this second hand and was trying to find out whether or not it was accurate. Also, I didn't say that I heard it was closing tomorrow. I said that I heard that it might be closing. Don't get your panties in a bunch. I'm thankful for the Spano. In the winter and spring, when everybody begins to bash the facility, I'm one of those who supports and backs up the Spano 100%.

Easy big fella...noones dogging the Spano Dome, the Spano brothers, or the Ice. He heard a rumor, hoped it wasn't true, and thought he'd ask and clear it up before it got any further. Put your hackles away and take a deep breath!!

I just checked with the Diamond Dogs and they are still up and running. Apparently, tryouts went very well. Just wanted to double check, though.

Just the opposite. Putting on here, out in public, STOPS the rumor. It ENDS it, not "starts something". Leaving it go lets it spread.

wonder how that one got started? If you hear something like this, what would be the best why to investigate? My thought would be to put it out on OFC and see who else has heard it.
