Congrats to PC Sting '00 and '96 going 3-0 in pool play. Sting '97 went 2-1 while the '98 competed hard. Good luck to all Sting teams starting tournament play tomorrow.

Great tourney - everything was done well.

Nice Job by my young Central Ohio Hawks 99 team. 2-2-1 overall. We have some work to get done, but are on the right track.

Also a special mention to my parents of our team. They always are first class and treat our opponents with the respect they deserve.

Congrats to Venom 10U who went undefeated, and was ahead in runs during both of their rained out games! These girls played hard and should be acknowledged.

Marion Diamonds '01 is a strong young team, one to watch out for as they move up. All of these girls can swing a bat. They have a solid catcher, who is not afraid to throw the ball.

Congrats PC Sting '00, another great weekend! Sting '96 going 3-1 beating Crush, Barracudas, and Marion Diamonds........Also a shout out to Sting '98....getting better every game. I cant forget about Sting '97 going 3-1 and kicking us around yesterday.

Thanks for the comments on the tournament. We always listen to the feedback every year and try to make things better while keeping the tournament economical. Unfortuantely, we could not control the rain, which seemed to only hover over Grove City yesterday.

Here are the results, which were based on the highest seeded teams still playing during bracket play when the tournament was called:

12u Champion: Marion Diamonds
12u Runner-up: Central Ohio Ice

14u Champion: Crush Fastpitch
