[Tallmadge Force Gray]

Tallmadge Force was at it again this past weekend, winning the Wounded Warriors Tournament in Jackson Township, going 6-1 and having to win the championship game twice as it was a double elimination tournament! For anyone who thinks “Community ball” is dead, their wrong! We played a team from Dover who was one of the toughest teams we have faced! Total score between us and Dover over the 4 games we had to play each other was 12-11), Force. I know that they, along with us are are not “ elite” travel teams, but it was the best softball I had seen in a long time! Amazing pitching, defense and hitting!

This week we are in T-Town, then FASA State, followed by the Father’s Day Ohio Blast Tournament, which I think will be awesome with a lot of really good teams!

Beat of luck to all the teams in their upcoming tournaments, and the rest of their season! Softball is well and alive in Ohio!
