10u Indoor All Night Holiday Tournament

The OFC Heat 10u team is hosting an indoor overnight tournament at SWOBAT in the Cincinnati area. We are looking for 4-6 teams, round robin and top two seeds will play in the championship game. Depending on the number of teams, we will start at 9 or 10p on 12/28/12 and finish at 7 or 8a on 12/29. It will be a fun event for kids on Christmas break. Entry fee is $250, 3 game guarantee. Time limit will be 1 hour, with no time limit for championship.
$3 admission fee (players/coaches free)
Coolers permitted (we will have concessions also)

We will still have a 3gg, but depending on # of teams we may increase the time limit to 75 min. We have the indoor facility from 9p-8a, so we will adjust accordingly. Also, since it will be close to Christmas time, we may do a $5-10 gift exchange for the girls. Each girl can bring a gift and exchange with a girl from another team. This is our first time hosting one of these, but we will try to make it as fun as we can for the girls!

Have you thought of making it open for another age group, say 12's? They can play each other in the open times. Just a thought.

Yes,the thunder had too many girls out of town. I sent an email to 6 coaches yesterday, waiting on a response. We should not have a problem getting to at least 4 teams.
