10U Indoor Overnight Tournament - 1/19/13

The OFC Heat 10u team is hosting an indoor overnight tournament at SWOBAT (SWOBAT.com) in the Cincinnati area. SWOBAT has a 120'x120' field plus 9 hitting tunnels, so there will plenty of room between games. We are looking for 4-6 teams. It will be a round robin, top two seeds will play in the championship game. We will start at 10 or 11p on 1/19/13 and finish by 9a on 1/20. Monday 1/21 is MLK Jr. day, so the girls will have an extra day off school to recover. Entry fee is $250, 3 game guarantee. Time limit will be 60-70 minutes, depending on the # of teams.
$3 admission fee (players/coaches free)
Coolers permitted (we will have concessions also)

Jason - great job! well organized and a lot of fun!! the girls and families will remember that crazy night for a long time. we had a great turnout too, especially early in the night, and it was great softball "break-up" in the winter. good luck to your team and I am sure we will each other again in the spring!!

Thanks to all teams that participated in this past weekends event. It was a great time and everything went very well. Congrats to the Mason Thunder for winning the championship and OFC Heat for their runner-up finish. There was some great games and great competition!
