Yikes, easy bud..I got your back MD but my DD played for them then. We're still cool Bro I know,we got beat and much cudos to the DOOM 95 as well as there Coaches for the win.It still hurt. Can't a brother get a hug???

like I said --sluggers were VERY GOOD, and I was suprised the way the doom came from the losers bracket to get you twice. The matchup from the way our Wild Thang team competed against the sluggers and the Doom would have lead me to believe the sluggers were the stronger team. But seeing a team only once can fool you. Amazingly we came out flat against you guys and you drilled us, I almost felt toyed with in that game . We had no fight that day .
But in the games against the Doom we were very competetive even though we lost to them. A great matchup from my standpoint would have been last years rays' vs you guys. Rays swung some heavy lumber ! I think they played Doug's doom team 7-8-9 times with the record being close to even. Rays might have had a small advantage. glad to see you hangin' out on here. Is the dd still a slugger ? we are with the 13u rays in 09' ----MD

went back and looked at the year ending poll . That was taken before any nationals. Rays' did really outstanding (3rd out of 72 teams) at the NSA WS while the ice did'nt fare so well. hard to judge the ice--they never played the Doom or Rays. (at least not in the summer , maybe early spring or indoors ??) rays were ASA state champs, 2nd at nsa states (to the Doom) , 3rd at the NSA WS, 32nd at ASA nats . 4 more outs with a 2 or 3 run lead against the Salinas (Ca.) Storm and it would have been top twenty at the asa's.

Dan I hate to get to picky here but I am pretty sure the Laser Gold won NSA state this year not the Doom.

What indication are you talking about choosen one ? You disagree with the final poll ? 1st poll ? all polls ? what part is stupid ? ---having watched all the teams in the top ten several times (excluding the # 1 ohio ice ) I'd say it finished up pretty close to correct. Lets hear your gripe .
