I've seen the following : rays,doom,laser gold, classics , static black last fall, a few innings of a sting game. -- from the results I've followed I'd guess this a pretty dang poll. Would like to catch a lasers silver or valley ext game one of these days. Don't know if I'll ever catch the teams from up north. MD

anybody know if the Ohio classics, Miami County Blaze, and the Ashland Blaze are the same general groups of players that were 12u last year?

I know that the 12u Miami County Blaze has a few girls that moved up from last years 10U and some that played on last years 12U. Over half of the girls on the team are new to the organization this year. The coaches have done a good job of teaching and getting them to play well together. I don't know much about the other teams other than we played the Ashland Blaze in Marysville and they have a very nice team that is well coached.

wild Thangs and doom 95 are at sluggerfest in cinci. Static black which should be ranked is also there. 2 Louisville teams, are playing in the A also. Stunners and Sluggers. Don't know much about the other 5-6 A teams.

I did find it very very very VERY STINKING strange the Ind Thunder and Ind Angels are playing B division. Don't know that much about the angels but the thunder is one of the most established orgs in ind. Can't believe they don't have experienced players. Can't remember but I think the Angels beat us in Fort Wayne . MD

MD that's more than likely the Thunder 95 team not the 96 team.

It is the older 95 team but those girls play a very competetive level of fastpitch. I sure don't think of the thunder as a B level competetor. MD

Ashland Blaze 12u has only 4 girls from last years team with the rest being new to the team.Things started ruff for us this spring as we lost 2 of are starters for the year to other teams,including one of are top pitchers 1 week before marysville and another starter could not be there.Scratched together enough girls to play and they stepped up and played very well going 3-1 and loosing to one of the best coached teams i have seen in the Miami Blaze on Sunday in a hard fought game.Looks like we have a pair of new girls joining the team so hopefully we can build on that and play well the rest of the year.

Indy Thunder '96 is in their pool as well as MOV fury to name a couple

Stingrays are in -Ichigan for Compuware Tourney. Should be a nice challenge for them.

They have beaten Miami County Blaze and runruled Pickaway Co. Sting .
The played Lasers Gold in a close game till the end.

Miami County Blaze have sent us home two weeks in a row after we jumped out to early leads and are a very well coached team and the girls play hard and never give up.

Doom95 = After losing their first bracket game Saturday (6/14) morning to the Louisville Sluggers they went on to win Saturday night and then came back Sunday morning to win 5 straight back to back games that included beating the Louisville Stunners twice to take the Sluggerfest Tournament. Impressive!
