12U Friendly Beavercreek Oct 4 (Sunday only)

we are hosting a 12U Friendly on Sunday Oct 4. We have 2 teams that want to play--Miami Valley Vipers 12U and Lady Mustangs 12U. We can add up to 2 more teams. The cost is only $40 per team and that includes 1 new game ball per game and 1 umpire per game. There's no other charge. The diamonds will be dragged and lined. There will be a concession stand operating to support the 14/16/18U league Ball. With all the other teams there, it's like a tournament atmosphere. Teams have to be USSSA sanctioned.

We are currently scheduled to play in the "Fall Classic @ the Creek" on Oct 3rd. If that doesn't look to make, I can go back to the parents to see what their schedules look like for the 4th. From our previous talks, I know the 3rd was better than the 4th though.

OK, let me know. We have 2 diamonds to work with for this, so we are not necessarily limited to 4 teams. It is still undecided if we will do 2 or 3 games, but that will be dcided by the teams---2 is the minimum number nad 3 is the max game sthat would be played.

I also think we will target starting around 1100AM, but if needed we could start at 1000AM and not any sooner.

Are you still doing this on Saturday October 3rd? If so, SDS 12U is checking availibility. They cannot participate on Sunday.
