I thought I would pass this along for anyone not playing this weekend who may want to go see some college games all at one complex.

I have no affiliation with the complex or Bullpen Tournaments. I just thought it was a great opportunity for travel players to go watch many different colleges in one day.

College Softball due to make first appearance at Grand Park

Westfield, IN, Aug. 14, 2014 ? After an inaugural summer season that boasted over three thousand individual teams and roughly 135,000 visitors, Grand Park and Bullpen Tournaments are pleased to announce their intentions to add College Softball to that mix this fall.

On September 14, thirteen collegiate programs from Indiana and Ohio will take the plunge and be the first to step up to the plate at Grand Park?s 26 field baseball / softball complex. Included in this mix of thirteen, are programs from three of the four major college athletic divisions. University of Notre Dame and Purdue University highlight the Division I programs that will be in attendance. Joining them from the Division I ranks are: Indiana University, Ball State University, University of Evansville, Butler University, Miami University (OH), Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), Indiana University - Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW). These programs represent the ACC, BIG 10, MAC, MVC, BIG EAST, and THE SUMMIT LEAGUE respectively.

In addition to the nine Division I schools, Bullpen Tournaments is excited to announce the inclusion of four major collegiate programs from the Division II and NAIA athletic divisions. Saint Joseph?s College (Indiana) and University of Indianapolis will be representing the Great Lakes Valley Conference of Division II athletics and Grace College and Marion University will compete for the Crossroads League of the NAIA division.

Each of the thirteen schools will be competing in the first coming of ?College GameDay? Presented by Bullpen Tournaments. College softball will be the focal point for all activity at Grand Park as each team will match up for at least one game against another top notch collegiate program. Play is due to begin at 11:00am with batting practice available for the public at roughly 8:50am. Final round of games will conclude with first pitches scheduled for 3:10pm.

Admission will be $10.00 per person with children 12 & under FREE. Senior Discount of $5.00
