Hello there!! I had a question for all of you...has the last years Pittsburgh Spirit Black 14u moved up to 16u for 2006 season?? Just wondering because I saw they won the New Castle tourny in 16u, but I thought they were young enough to stay down. Please reply!!

That was actually the 14 gold of last year that one that new castle tourney they are moving to 16 black this year.The spirit black of 05 will be 14 gold this year they will play mostly 14 under but will play up to 16 in some tourneys including next weeks roadrunners tourney. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Yes the teams switch colors each year. I beleive the 14 Black (13's) won.

GOLD is always the "older" group of the year
BLACK is the "younger"

If there is only one team in that age group....
First year is BLACK, second is GOLD
(don't know what they do if the manager/coach of the team, if they have a daughter that is split, or age difference in the girls is split when only one team in an age group)
