I agree with Warren. Every game was a battle and filled with action. Unbelievable field of teams where one through four were 1-0-1 in pool play.

Congrats to Valley Extreme for winning the championship! Great tourney, great competition. All teams looked excellent.

I like the facility but that tourney would have been fun to watch outdoor with 200' fences. We'd been watching quite a number of balls flying over the fence!

She is fine. Thanks for asking, more emotional than painful I think! LOL She had a tough weekend. Hopefuly she will learn a little from it and move on!

I have to say that there was some really strong pitching on all the teams we saw this weekend.

Valley I believe was 3-0-1. They tied Starz on Saturday. It was a 0-0 game.

Correct, we had a blast playing everyone this weekend. Close games are nailbiters but they are a heck of a lot of fun. Cant wait for the outdoor season to begin though. PS Warren, the "make your own" walking taco was not a good idea, I think you lost money on mine! LOL

Which girl? Two of them were hit after the ball glanced from one to the other...Freaky....Bad thing was another girl had just taken one to the mouth a few minutes prior. We were starting to worry we might run out of ice..LOL

That's funny, Rick. I guess we can laugh a little now but boy was I worried at the time. Those two players handled it like champs and I am glad it did not affect their game. How are they doing?

It is tight in there. I always had one eye open for strays when I was warming up our pitchers.
