WOW! Fraction the cost of Kent State QDN, but will it be also Fraction the Coaches? Wondering how this VALUE can/will stack up against QDN as most attending QDN this last winter felt it was a waste of time, other then a few Pitchers/catchers and cage hitters. Over all responses post Showcase on OFC were.. IT WAS A MEAT MARKET with little to no value or chance to showcase DDs talent/skills. Coaches were having kids bunt trying to win games instead of showcase kids talents/skills.

Triple,

We wanted to provide an opportunity for the players to be instructed by the coaches...it gives the players an opportunity to expand on their skills while benefiting from a unique atmosphere.

Any chance of you heading north for this one??

Hey Triple,

Some kids went to the Kent State "combine" (skills camp) prior to QDSN, and they were worked by college coaches. I noticed many coaches taking notes, and sticking around to watch them play at the QDSN ... after seeing them work in drills, getting times, etc. The two parts were much better together, than either would be by itself.

Moral of the story, is that Pinnacle is setting this up properly. Let the coaches work with the kids in drills, then stay and watch them execute in games & situations if certain kids catch their eye.

I have been waiting for the date of this camp for a few months when I heard it was happening from Glenn McCoy. Great facilities also, indoor and outdoor, lots of cages & field space for hitting, drills, situational.

JMHO bro, let me know if you come up!

Is there a way to sign up other than printing a copy and mailing it back? And who to make check payable to. Just pinnacle sports?

Unfortunately, Miami (Ohio) is unable to make it but we are still waiting for confirmation from Toledo, OU and a couple of others.

We have been receiving quite a few registrations this past week. I think that the players (and parents) will be pleasantly surprised at how this will be organized and run.

Very few opportunites out there to actually LEARN from the coaches of local colleges and universities that our dds hope to one day play for!

Call 330-239-0616 if you have questions for Glenn...or PM me and I will have him contact you directly.

$150 Camp and $50 Games before 5/23....$175/$60 after 5/23

All I have to say is WOW. What a great event you put on Glenn and your team. Great turn out of young ladies and colleges. You are a real class act and we are looking forward to visiting you again in the future. Thank you for putting the girls first.

I have to agree. It was a great event. I hope they do it again next year.

We had a great time and learned quite a bit about the college process. DD picked up a few pointers and even asked me later where a certain college was because she liked that coach the best.

While my hope for my kid is an academic scholarship, I would like to see her play on D3 college team. I plan on attending any of these events Pinnacle may have in the future. Well worth the money.

All-4-TheGirls,

Heard loads of positive comments about this event. Sort of regret not jumping off this year and coming up. Please consider us THERE next year and in the loop.

Thanks for creating yet another great opportunity 4 THE GIRLS. ^_^!

we attended the camp and it was great. my daughter got the opportunity to work with 3 coaches of schools she is interested. however I overheard coaches at 16's stating they would not be going back next yr. my suggestion would be to make sure the coaches you want to be seen by are on board prior to signing up!
