18U Team Folded last Sunday, 00' Slapper/Catcher looking for team in Medina area (NE Ohio)

I'm a 5 year travel ball player that also plays high school ball. My team just folded last Sunday leaving me only about 2 weeks to find a summer team. I'm a 3 year slapper that also hits away for power and my primary defensive position is catcher but also play 2nd and outfield. I'm looking for a summer team that will challenge me to compete and get better over the summer. Please let me know if you have any openings and if I could come try out for your team.

hello, we play for diamond hit club, they are not in medina, but we live in medina. we could carpool, our team is very good finished 4th at nationals last year. if you are interested contact joe parella 4403764440. we have a great group of girls and parents, we have a couple of solid catchers but they will split time. 3 solid pitchers, my daughter is the number 1 at medina high

Quick update: I've received several PM's and thank you very much for taking the time. I'm currently talking to a few teams but haven't yet committed to anybody. I'm looking to play more for a local area team, maybe 30-40 minutes away from Medina area. I'm a 00' player that has played up for the past three seasons and willing to play 16u for the right team but prefer 18u. Again, thank you for all of the PM's.

FYI - if you are currently on a HS softball team you cannot try out for a summer team until your season is over. TO do so will render you ineligible for the remainder of this season.

interested coaches will have to wait or come to one of your HS games to watch.

Well, it sure is a good thing that this young lady found a team the week before school tryouts!!!!
Just too bad so many coaches show how desperate they are by not reading the thread & posting weeks & months after the fact.........
