As far as the conduct from the parents heckling a player, that is unacceptable and if you contact the TD and let them know what team it was, maybe they would refuse to let them in next year. Also the umpire - report him/her.
Last year, we had a player get pushed down face first from behind by the girl at 3rd base AFTER the play was over and we were leaving the field - we had run ruled them, she left early on purpose to get out and the game was over.
The umpire who was doing the game got her name and team information, told the TD what had happened and the umpire reported her and her team to ASA.

At 16u we all spent several hours trying to wait out the rain - but the rain won the war.
Jeff Eichelberger and Randy Phares did everything they could but there was no salvaging the fields with that kind of downpour for hours.
Everyone dropped to single elimination Sunday because they were trying to make sure the tournament finished instead of handing out awards based on pool play.
That's travel ball....they did the best they could.
We got knocked out in our first elimination game so I am not talking it up because we won.

Was there to see the end of Wave/Danger game. The frustration from some of the Wave parents may have come from being up 1 run at the end and letting the tying run score from third when they had the Danger runner in a hot box and kept running her towards the plate when all that was needed to do run her back to third. That's seems to be the point when all the H broke loose and scenario's from earlier in the game popped up. Don't have ties to either team , just a observation.
