Once all payments are in I will get the schedules out, working on schedules now.

Let me know if anyone cannot play on friday night. I will need at least 4 teams from each age bracket to play friday night starting at about 5:00. Ohio Danger 12u and 14u will both be playing friday night, this should help some, plus we are close.

Paul, if you can push us to Saturday that would be great - Have one girl from Portsmouth, one from Wheelersburg and one from Wellington...Since school will still be in it could be an issue. If not, we will make it work...or I will have to play..trust me it would be a downgrade after all the christmas cookies!!!!

I may go ahead and schedule you guys early friday Mike. I think it would be nice seeing the coach in that hot catchers gear trying to block pitches and throwing girls out. You notice that I did say block pitches because saying catching them might be to advanced for you still. LOL. Really though, I will see what I can do for you. You should be fine.

There are also three campgrounds all within 5 minutes of the school fields. Crawfords Campground, Beaver Valley Resort and Tomorrow Stars. In order I would recommend Tomorrow Stars, Beaver Valley Resort and then Crawfords. I know Tomorrow Stars and Beaver Valley Resort each have swimming pools and activities. Crawfords has a convenient store and crafts and other than that it is pretty run down looking. All three campgrounds do have fishing. They are all located on East National Road.

Hey Paul - My girls recall in the Fall when we came up for the friendly that you offered to house them all & feed them. They wanted to know if the invite was still open? You seen them eat & how rowdy they are after a day of softball [hint] if I were you I would take back the offer

That offer is still good Kavin. You are always more than welcome, its just $100.00 per kid and we can let them sleep out back in the tents. Parents are 50.00 each and coaches are 500.00 each. The parents and kids are great but that coaching staff is something else, lol. See you soon.

How much are shirts potentially running, and what is going to be on them? I will let my parents know this weekend at practice and get back to you. Thanks

From a photographer standpoint, we have a parent who takes care of all of our pix. In a given year she takes about 20,000 pix & that's how our team DVD is made as well as our individual & team pictures.

The shirts will be multi color and have the team names on the back. The rest will be a surprise. Pre order shirts will be $12.00 each and $15.00 at the tournament. This also gives us a feel on how many to make.

Heard from Nitro. Where are you Inferno? As soon as I hear from Inferno and all money is in I will get the schedules posted and sent to each coach. What a nice looking field of teams in both age groups. Should be exciting for everyone. There are going to be some awesome games played the weekend of this tournament. Goodluck to everyone!!!
