Does anyone have any advice for a 1st year travel ball team. We are located out of Ironton Ohio, It set against Ky, and Wv. We are looking to run a couple of tour. a month. Just trying to get in with some better comp.

Good for you! My advice to you is simple.
1. Set objectives. ( I can't tell you what they should be, becasue I have no idea what your young athletes talent levels are )
2. Make sure that everyone on the Team, (INCLUDING THE PARENTS) Understand your objectives.
