After a 2 1/2 hour meeting, the tournament protest committee decided to award the offensive team the championship on a technicality. The committe was made up of the slushy sales lady, the janitor and the rag ball MVP.

Since NSA Ohio won't fund the Replay equipment (It cost money you know...They used their 3 bags of Diamnond Dry on the one field and blew the budget) UIC B. Fife decide that the call of H. Keller of safe was the call that would stand. This decision was delivered by the 13 year old girl working the T-Shirt table after 2 1/2 hours of discussion........All games went to one pitch after that, if it was a strike that team one, if it was a ball, team batting won....
