Tallmadge beats Walsh 10-0 in 5 innings.
Copley beats Hoban 7-5 in 17 innings.

Hudson/Cuyahoga Falls pushed back to 5/21/09 because the Copley/Hoban game didn't end until 10:15 pm

Another great night of softball is coming up on 5/21/09 at Firestone Stadium with the Copley/Tallmadge game to start things off followed by the Hudson/Cuyahoga Falls game.

They only charged once ($6.00 for adults and $4.00 for students). And we got 22 innings total in 2 games!

I think they are referring to the state semi's and finals. They do empty the stadium after each game to insure that they can grab as much of yur hard earned cash as possible. Nice venue, but Ashland sure knew how to treat the fans.

Walsh and Hoban both go down? wouldnt have guessed that! Copley or Tallmadge should be able to get through 1st game at regionals...not too much coming out of Painesville district. I think finals are NDCL and Lake Catholic.
