Looking for some info from those of you that are experienced in qualifying through Region 9 for the ASA/USA National Championships, with Cincinnati Metro leaving Region 10 and becoming part of Region 9 I am curious as to historically where the open and regional qualifiers are typically held.

Here is what I believe I know:

Region 9 will now consist of 4 associations, Cleveland Metro, Dayton Metro, Cincinnati Metro, and The State of Ohio.

By code the follwing berths should be available

Region 9 "open" ASA National Qualifier one tnmt one berth open to ANY ASA team from anywhere.

2 Berths available to any team registered in Region 9, I believe these are what we called "regional" national qualifiers in region 10.

What berths are used for and how many are available for the "state" Tnmt? What teams are eleigible to enter the state tnmt, is this what we used to call the "regional" tnmt, and because the State of Ohio is it's own Region (by the way the only single state region in ALL of the ASA).

Have Cleveland and Dayton typically held their own Metro Tnmt to award the berths they have to the teams registered through them?

How does the State of Ohio association allocate their team registration berths?

How does Region 9 allocate their registration berths?

Sorry for all the questions, we are trying to set up our schedule, and wanted some idea of when those of you in Region 9 historically held your qualifiers.

Thanks for the help.
