Updated the rules and the list of which counties go to which Regionals is posted in the link above and within Post #9 of that link.

We are getting locations as we speak for the event for the Spring of 2012.

A board meeting will be held in the Chat room of the OFC.

Date and time for that meeting online will be placed in this thread.. so if anyone wants to come listen to the board meeting and understand the playoff system... can do so.
