We are currently looking for an additional pitcher, outfielder and we could use a player or two for middle infield. What positions does your daughter play?

What are the 11u team needs for next year? Is it strictly a 03 team?

We would like to pick up an additional catcher and pitcher, another middle infielder, and a couple utility players that can play both infield and outfield. We are currently all 03' but we are looking at 1 strong 02' player this week. You can call me at 740-438-6126 for additional details or questions.

Thanks,
Joe

I would not recommend the pride organization to any parent/player. Coach patterson coaches to certain girls only. If you try to talk to him about it he just denies it ever happened even if you saw it yourself. You won't get any help from the other board members (president). It was a big waste of time and money. I don't want anyone else getting duped as I did.

So let me get this straight, your daughter wasn't getting playing time (I assume) and you complained to the coach and then to the Pride organization President hoping he would lower the boom on the coach and force him to play your daughter? And since the President refused to do this you now have a problem with the entire organization? From what I've seen, the Lancaster Pride Organization is a very good organization with coaches who care for the kids rather than simply caring about wins. And they have a long standing reputation as such. This post seems to be from a parent with sour grapes, which no doubt every organization has to deal with. I'm just wondering what team this parent's daughter now starts for since she got duped by Lancaster Pride.

IMO, parents should spend more time helping their kids become better players so they can earn a spot on the field, rather than bad-mouthing coaches and organizations because their kid is a sub.

How can you call out an entire organization and their coaches. I coach for the Pride and I don't know you and you don't know me or how I coach and treat my players. The Pride organization has a lot of great coaches that volunteer their time for the girls not themselves. Sounds like to me you might be new to the whole travel ball world.
