Jon , I wish you luck in providing additional options in Western PA. It's hard to compete with USSSA and ASA in western PA ...But I get the feeling a lot of people are starting to get turned off on some things. if you avoid competing against USSSA memorial day , IUP showcase and ASA battle of the Burgh . You might find some nice open weekends to grow with your events. In Ohio , Lasers , Stingrays , Firefighters seem to draw a lot of Western PA teams ....But again offer something different at a lower cost and whatever you do , try to avoid " stay to play fees or gate fees " and your events will grow . Good Luck
