2017 Tigertown Kick-Off Classic Tournament

Date: Friday June 2nd - Sunday June 4th, 2017
Teams must be prepared to play by 5:00 pm on Friday June 2nd
Locations: The 14u, 16U & 18U age group games @ Genshaft Park

BOTH complexes are within 5 minutes of each other.
Teams: There will be a limit of 12 teams in each age bracket. (with possible exceptions due to variable nature of the event each year). All Championship games will be played at GENSHAFT PARK.
Format: (4) Game Minimum - (3) pool games with teams seeded into a single elimination
bracket. 1 hour & 25 minute time limit ? Finish the inning.
** Schedule requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, if possible (REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITH SUBMISSION OF ENTRY FORM AND ENTRY FEE ) **Schedule CHANGES will not be able to be accommodated once schedule is sent out to participating teams.
Entry Fee: The Entry Fee will be $425.00.

14U 16U & 18U GATE FEE
$5.00 per day per person
$12.00 for a weekend pass per person
**Under the age of 14 is free**
Due Date: We would like to have entries returned by Monday, April 10th, 2017
**Remember though, Entries will be done on a first come, first served basis!!
Notification: All teams will be notified of their playing status via e-mail upon acceptance into the tournament.
Rules: The Tournament will be an ASA Sanctioned Tournament governed by 2017 ASA Official Rules:
Weather: The Tournament Committee can and will control as many aspects as possible to insure that your
team has the best playing experience possible, but weather is not one of them. In the event of
inclement weather, The WHS Booster Club, The Ohio Wolfpack, and the Tournament Committee will do their very best to get all games in ? the grounds staff will be prepared with adequate materials for getting wet
fields into playing shape. But, you are applying to the tournament realizing that the Tournament
Committee reserves the right to alter this event in any manner we see fit to accomplish the mission
of playing the maximum number of games possible under the circumstances.
Coaches will receive rain line information prior to tournament.

1 - Copy of 2017 ASA Sanction Card
2 - Copy of ASA Roster
3 - Copy of Team Insurance
4 - Copy of ACE Cards for all coaches who have taken the ACE Certification (Required of at least one)
5 - Backround Checks for ALL Coaches (Required by Ohio ASA) FYI ? if all coaches get ACE certified,
The Back Round Check is part of the process.
6 - Copy of Concussion Certificates for ALL PEOPLE IN DUGOUT (Required by the State of Ohio)
**This would include scorekeepers if they are located in the dugout during games**
