Format (weather permitting):
- 4 gg – 3 pool play followed by single elimination.
Information/Rules:
Teams and spectators must be able & willing to follow all COVID guidelines if still in effect.
- 10u, 12u, 14u, & 16/18u based on 2022-23 season
- 75 minutes finish the inning, weather permitting. Umpire keeps official time.
- Championship games 7 innings or 100 mins / finish (weather permitting).
- Can bat roster all weekend. Free defensive substitutions.
- Run rules of 12, 10, 8 after 3, 4, 5.
- Courtesy runners for Pitcher & Catcher all weekend.
- Home team determined by coin flip for PP
- Highest seed is home team for elimination play. If same seed, then coin flip.
- $100 protest fee, payable in cash before protest permitted (if won, refund given)
- Home team to keep official book and visiting team to confirm accuracy.
- PP games can end in a tie.
- PP games will start on Friday at about 5:30 pm but opting out of Friday game is option for nominal $20 fee (see below).
- Single Elimination to start Sunday.
- Refund Policy: Started games will be considered played. Refunds are per: 0 played=minus $150, 1 played=minus $275, 2 played=minus $400, 3 or more=$0 (based on full fee). None within 6 weeks of event.
- Individual awards for 1st and 2nd place finishers. We have custom rings.
- Team awards for 1st and 2nd place finishers. We buy amazing trophies.
- REGISTRATION NOT COMPLETE until payment received.
- Unpaid teams may be replaced by teams on wait list.
